Shipping Policy
We know that Canadian shipping is expensive, for sure. We do not make any profit on shipping. Often, we subsidize it. Any import taxes, customs fees, charges or duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unfortunately, Canada has some of the most expensive shipping anywhere! Ridiculously, I can send the same parcel to the US for less money than I can within Canada. I apologize for this but do make sure to include free samples with most orders. If you want to try something specific and are ordering, let me know in the comments what you would like to try.

As well, delivery times may be disrupted due to Covid-19. Depots may experience outbreaks that may delay shipments. I have no control once the package has left my hands. I am very sorry but cannot guarantee delivery dates at this moment.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the rare case that your items have been damaged during transit or there are any problems with your purchase, please e-mail info@borealspa.com within 3 days of receiving the product and we will rectify the situation.
